Things I hate about health insurance

1. Prior authorization for services.

2. Meds that are no longer covered, and the insurance company doesn’t tell you.

3. Talking to customer service people who are totally CLUELESS on how to work with people.

4. Outdated databases for providers.

5. Outdated websites for insurance companies.

6. Customer service people who end up USING said outdated website to find a provider, and send patient on a wild goose chase.
